2000 Ec Contest [Revised]

Since I didn’t get a good respond to the old contest, I’m changing things up to make things a little more easy. Here is what you can do to get an entry into the contest.

1. Write about this contest on your blog linking to my site using this link: <a href="http://www.theasianeconomist.com" title="Economic">The Asian Economist</a>(5 entries)
2. Subscribe to my blog through email (2)
3. Comment in this post (1)

You can dojust ONE of the above or do ALL 3 and get a total of 8 entrees.

Contest end on February 12, 2008. I will announce the winner on february 13, 2008, the day that I leave for China. I hope this is an easier contest for you people to enter!
Make sure you leave a link to your entry card so I know where to send the credit when you do win!

Nhuong Son

My name is Nhuong Son, a senior at Drew University, a small liberal arts college in New Jersey. I am majoring in Economics and Chinese Studies. I attended The Westtown School for high school and Mullica Hill Friends School for middle school, both of which are Quaker affiliated. I am 22, Cambodian American. I came to the States when I was only 6 years old as a refugee. My family and I lived in a couple of refugee camps on the Thai/ Cambodian border for over a year before being accepted into the United States. Currently I reside in Camden, NJ, which unfortunately is one of the most dangerous cities in America.

subscribe via email is at the top right of the page that says “Suscribe via Email” haha, just put in your email and click subscribe. it’s okay I never read anything on people’s header either.

Good luck with your contest. I get one entry for this contest so I’m in. Contests are not doing as well as they once did with the prize as entrecard credits. Of course the big bang meme on my blog is doing crazy things to my technorati ranking. I’ve added almost a hundred points in a few days of joining, so of the earlier people are pushing close to a 1000 ranking on technorati.
